Understanding Cooldowns

Cooldowns prevent abuse and ensure HEALTHCOIN rewards reflect genuine health engagement. Each earning action has a specific cooldown period before it can be repeated.

24h cooldown means you can earn from that action once per day. The timer resets at midnight in your local timezone.

Per visit / Per result means you earn each time the action legitimately occurs — there is no artificial limit, but duplicate entries are detected and rejected.

Streak bonuses are awarded once when you reach the milestone. Breaking a streak resets progress to zero.
